• Responsible for identifying and securing new direct sales and third party business partners for ACA product line • Evaluate market data and sales prospects to determine growth opportunities • Define alliance and direct sales strategy • Negotiate relationship and business terms • Work with internal colleagues to evaluate and execute business opportunities
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience • 5+ years new business development experience (direct and indirect sales) • ACA product experience • Experience in Human Capital Management or HR Services/Software preferred
