Description

• Provides day-to-day delivery of critical lending operations processes • Supports execution of payments, transactions and service requests • Collaborates with stakeholders to promote efficient processes and workflow • Provides advice and guidance on implementation of solutions • Communicates with partners to respond to inquiries • Monitors and tracks performance and addresses issues • Executes work to deliver timely, accurate, and efficient service • Resolves straightforward issues, referring non-routine issues to senior team members • Performs administrative tasks such as collecting and filing documentation • Provides input and participates in planning and testing of improvement projects • Checks and reconciles information to ensure accuracy • Escalates issues as necessary

Requirements

• Typically between 3 - 5 years of relevant experience • Post-secondary degree in related field of study or equivalent combination of education and experience • In-depth knowledge and experience using relevant systems and technology • In-depth knowledge and understanding of the business unit’s key products and services, processes and controls • In-depth knowledge of the risk and regulatory requirements of the business • Good prioritization skills • In-depth PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Specialized knowledge from education and/or business experience • In-depth verbal & written communication skills • In-depth collaboration & team skills • In-depth analytical and problem solving skills • In-depth influence skills
