• Own strategy for increasing HubSpot’s visibility in forums, focusing on SEO impact. • Mentor team to scale a forum strategy across multiple regions. • Develop strategic relationships with partner sites, influencers, and experts. • Stay informed on product features. • Report to head of Product Awareness and Search Authority.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in growth marketing, SEO, or product advocacy, preferably in B2B software. • Experience building contact lists, creating relationships, and successfully pitching. • Experience or interest in forums, especially Reddit. • Curiosity about AI to increase workflow efficiency. • Excellent writing and communication skills. • Experience planning strategic initiatives and project managing implementation. • Strong relationship-building and nurturing skills. • Comfort with ambiguity and creative solution finding. • Strong data analysis skills for actionable insights. • Understanding of SEO and website credibility assessing. • Enjoy both independent and collaborative work. • Bilingual speaker in English and Spanish is a plus. • Passion for diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
