• Speedcast’s Customer Care team supports Mobile Satellite Services and Low Earth Orbit services • Respond and action service orders in a timely manner • Maintain relationships and ensure critical communications are operational
Requirements
• Secondary education or Higher Degree • Written and verbal communication skills both in English and Greek languages • Experience in Microsoft products • PC experience in a Windows operating environment • Experience with Satellite communication products (desirable) • Experience in Starlink, Iridium, Inmarsat, Thuraya, Telenor products (desirable)
