Description

• Human Interest is changing the retirement industry by making retirement benefits accessible. • Use data to identify process vulnerabilities and optimization opportunities. • Build and maintain data sets, models and visualizations. • Work with business partners to identify key metrics and establish tracking methods. • Provide guidance, reports, and dashboards to track key metrics. • Deep dives on processes to identify optimization opportunities.

Requirements

• Ability to present stakeholders with clear, accurate, and impactful recommendations based on data. • Minimum 2+ years of experience working analytics or data science. • Experience with SQL. • Experience with querying large databases. • Proactive and professional communication in all settings. • Ability to connect the dots between data and business impact. • Comfortable working with and combining data across many different data sources. • Expertise with developing and maintaining compelling data visualizations. • Passion for learning and growing analytical and process improvement skillset. • Flexibility in being able to quickly pivot between tasks when necessary.
