Description

• Seeking an experienced and highly motivated Partner Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. • Responsible for driving strategic partnerships and managing relationships with partners to expand the reach and impact of Human Interest. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class solutions and ensure mutual success. • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key partners. • Act as the primary point of contact for partner communications and engagement. • Collaborate with partners to understand their business objectives and define partnership strategies. • Lead the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and resources. • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partnerships.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus. • Experience: 5+ years of experience in partner management, strategic alliances, or business development, preferably in the technology, fintech, or SaaS industries. • Relationship Management: Proven ability to manage and grow strategic partner relationships, with experience in negotiating contracts, setting expectations, and resolving conflicts. • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence, present, and articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences. • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess partnership performance and identify areas for improvement. • Project Management: Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. • Sales/Marketing Experience: Knowledge of sales strategies, marketing programs, and business development techniques. • Technical Acumen: Familiarity with Intuit’s products, services, and the broader financial technology ecosystem is a plus.
