• Human Interest is rapidly expanding to help more businesses offer their employees retirement benefits. • We are seeking a Sales Service Specialist skilled in engaging with customers, processing contracts, updating account records in various systems, and supporting cross-functional sales initiatives. • The ideal candidate should possess the ability to communicate clearly and professionally, use critical thinking to problem solve issues with products or orders, and have basic spreadsheet and word-processing software skills. • This role plays a critical part in providing valuable support to our sales representatives and effectively responding to customer and prospect queries. • The Sales Support Associate is a customer-facing role that supports Revenue’s go-to-market team with post-sales-related contract/amendment changes and other ad hoc projects. • This is a highly cross-functional position that will partner with different organizations on a day-to-day basis to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of three years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or billing specialist role. • Proven work experience as a Sales Support Specialist or in a customer-facing role. • Ability to think critically and solve problems. • Strong organization, time management, and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines at a given time. • Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills – you have the ability to communicate and present effectively, thoughtfully, and on your feet with various types of audiences. • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth software company where change is a constant. • Self-starter, ability to determine task urgency, execute detailed action plans, and assist with high-quality outcomes. • Proficient in Google Docs, Sheets, Salesforce, Zoom, and other computer software programs. • Able to function independently, as well as collaboratively with other team members. • Positive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement.
