Description

β€’ This is an entry-level role where you will act as an intermediary between our partners/customers and our Security Operations Center (SOC) team. β€’ To facilitate effective service delivery and ensure partner satisfaction, this role requires excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as a solid understanding of cybersecurity. β€’ Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat. β€’ Address partner security concerns with timely and informative responses. β€’ Ensure partner understanding by breaking down complex SOC concepts and actions into digestible information. β€’ Lead calls with partners, facilitating communication and collaboration with the SOC team. β€’ Troubleshoot product issues and provide support for other product-related requests as needed β€’ Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. β€’ Advocate for partner needs and provide feedback to the relevant internal teams. β€’ Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and other support resources.

Requirements

β€’ Must be located in the Mountain Standard or Pacific Standard time zones and be able to work Sunday through Thursday β€’ Demonstrated passion for cybersecurity with a commitment to continuous learning and development in the field β€’ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills β€’ Remain calm and empathetic when supporting partners through security incidents. β€’ Strong ability to prioritize daily tasks β€’ Enthusiasm for working collaboratively and making a meaningful contribution to a successful team. β€’ Embraces change and excels in evolving environments. β€’ Not afraid to ask questions β€’ Strong self-awareness and the ability to work independently β€’ MSP or Help Desk Experience (preferred) β€’ Microsoft 365/Entra Experience (preferred) β€’ Basic understanding of Networking (preferred) β€’ Basic understanding of SIEM tooling (preferred)
