Description

• Human Agency is seeking a (Sr) Director of AI Solutions to join our growing AI-consulting practice, working collaboratively to manage and deliver high-impact technical projects. • Requires a blend of technical expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with AI projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and ethical guidelines. • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success and impact of AI solutions, driving continuous improvement. • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure clients can effectively utilize AI technologies. • Constantly seek to make the work done in the organization more efficient, through process improvement and the adoption of great technologies, in an effort to expand our AI consultancy.

Requirements

• Proficient in managing large-scale projects, including planning, execution, and delivery within specified timelines. • A strong work ethic • High aptitude for quickly learning new concepts and skills. • Deep passion for and alignment with the mission and work of Human Agency. • Strong attention to detail combined with effective problem-solving abilities. • Comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment with shifting priorities and within corporate environments. Ability to adapt to rapidly changing technologies and environments. • Proven ability to successfully solve problems and build, whether through implementing processes, building organizations or teams, or other avenues. • Demonstrated ability to innovate, take initiative, and drive projects from concept to completion. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions. • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
