Description

β€’ Developing and delivering best-in-class sales training, ensuring widespread adoption and producing tangible results β€’ Assisting with sales onboarding processes, ensuring strong sales skills, deep product knowledge and motivation to succeed β€’ Embedding a culture of best practice and sales excellence β€’ Leveraging reporting data to drive improvements in sales metrics across individuals and teams β€’ Leading a regular cadence of 1:1 training sessions, live call listening, demo reviews, group training and roleplays β€’ Delivering invaluable sales resources, including localized pitch decks, competitor and industry battlecards, testimonials, value propositions, and playbooks β€’ Working with our Go to Market Leadership team on a regular basis to understand their strategic business priorities β€’ Continually striving to improve and innovate - we’re always looking for better ways to get the job done!

Requirements

β€’ Relevant industry experience (SaaS, fast-growing scale-ups) β€’ Demonstrable experience as a sales trainer, with knowledge of B2B sales for Direct and Partner channels β€’ Proven track record of increasing conversion rates and revenue β€’ Strong background in pulling levers that impact sales performance metrics β€’ Tangible experience coaching and mentoring sales teams β€’ Experience thriving in a high velocity, fast-paced work environment β€’ Inbound and outbound sales processes β€’ System knowledge of tools such as LinkedIn Sales Nav, Gong, Outreach, and Confluence (preferred) β€’ Strategic thinker β€’ Strong communication skills and able to provide constructive feedback β€’ Detail oriented, organized and process driven
