Description

• Reports to: Senior Director of Marketing Operations • Location: Remote US • Compensation Range: $145,000 to $160,000 base plus bonus and equity • Huntress is seeking its first experienced and highly motivated Senior Manager to lead our Marketing Project Management Office (PMO). • This role will oversee the successful planning, execution, and delivery of all marketing projects and programs. • Partner strategically with marketing leadership and work cross-functionally to ensure projects align with business objectives, are delivered on time, and achieve measurable results.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in project management • 3+ years in a PMO leadership role • Proven track record of successfully managing complex marketing projects and programs • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday.com) • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Ability to lead, motivate, and influence teams • Knowledge of marketing principles and best practices
