β’ Job Role: Customer Success and Marketing-Coordinator β’ Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5PM AU Time Zone β’ Who We Are: At Hunt St we help Aussie and US based companies directly hire top 5% remote talent in the Philippines & Nepal. β’ Who The Client Is: We are a forward-thinking tech company dedicated to transforming the salon industry through innovative solutions. β’ Role Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to oversee customer success, support, social media marketing, and data management for TheHair.App. β’ Key Responsibilities: Customer Success & Support β’ Daily Support Management: Monitor the support email inbox, responding promptly to customer inquiries regarding their accounts and resolving any issues. β’ Customer Request Tracking: Document and update a spreadsheet with details of customer requests, including contact information and issue status, on a daily basis. β’ Customer Onboarding: Reach out proactively to new customers via email or text message to offer setup assistance. Schedule and conduct 5 minute calls with interested customers to guide them through TheHair.Appβs setup and onboarding process. β’ Social Media & Marketing: Develop, plan, and execute a social media strategy that aligns with our brand and goals. Design and post engaging content and monitor activity on all platforms to respond to interactions and foster a community. β’ Email Marketing Campaigns: Design and launch email marketing campaigns that remind customers of product features and benefits, encourage feature engagement, and attract new customers. Analyse campaign performance and adjust as needed. β’ Data Management: Regularly update and maintain hair inspiration and product image libraries, ensuring data accuracy and integrity in the database. β’ Data Hygiene: Manage the consistency and accuracy of product data, hair inspiration images, and associated information within our system. β’ Additional Information: This role is central to ensuring customer satisfaction and increasing engagement across our products. Weβre looking for someone who is both customer-oriented and creatively inclined, with a strong sense of accountability and initiative.
β’ Experience: Minimum 2 years in customer success, marketing, or a related field. β’ Skills: Strong communication skills, experience with email marketing platforms and social media tools, and an eye for detail. β’ Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with data entry, CRM, and email marketing software. Experience with Klaviyo is preferred. β’ Proactive & Organized: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and stay organized in a dynamic environment.
