•Lead account planning and provide leadership level support to existing major distribution relationships with online travel agencies. •In collaboration with the VP, lead business development with new partners in the Americas region, providing assessment on new opportunities, developing deal frameworks, and supporting negotiations. •Lead regularly strategic engagement with Americas commercial leadership teams in sales, revenue management, field marketing, franchise and owner relations and other internal stakeholders. •Develop annual distribution strategy priorities for Americas region and associated KPIs on key priorities across key account management, business development, field education and strategy compliance. Utilize data-driven approaches to identify and track channel optimization opportunities. •Supervise team members and closely collaborate with regional distribution leaders globally. •Lead and deploy field education effort to support hotel execution of Hyatt’s distribution strategy. Represent Hyatt Global Distribution team at internal and industry meetings as necessary. •Support enterprise initiatives for distribution representing the Americas region, including technology transformations, process improvements and cross-discipline efforts. •Provide direct support for escalated key account or distribution operations for the region. Innovate and develop new processes to enhance new account activation, hotel support, and hotel openings. •Opportunities to participate in Hyatt’s Diversity & Inclusion activities.
•7+ years of experience preferred in lodging or travel distribution or strategic partnerships, or strategy development, or other relevant experience. •Bachelor’s degree in business or related field •Knowledge of travel distribution landscape, including technology, channels and tools
