• The primary purpose of the Director, NFP Programs position is to provide strategic and operational leadership to the NFP Program department • This position is responsible for providing leadership in the development, implementation, and evaluation of the program including education, model elements, and culturally responsive programming • Ensure that network partners are implementing the program with integrity and serving families with quality • Responsibilities include leading internal initiatives for learning within the network and attending departmental meetings. • Provide direct supervision and support to up to 4 direct reports and their team members.
• Master’s degree in Nursing, Public Health, Health Administration, or a related field required • Minimum 10 years’ experience working as a senior leader within program management, development, and leadership. • Minimum 8 years’ experience in people management (direct or matrixed) • Minimum 8 years' experience working in the Nurse-Family Partnership program or other home visiting models • Proven knowledge and application of change management principles standards, scope and ethics of nursing practice development, testing, implementation, integration, and evaluation of quality improvement initiatives research analysis and results implementation science principles innovative solutions • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously • Experience developing and implementing client-centered programs and initiatives • Excellent verbal, non-verbal, written communication skills • Ability to travel up to 30% dependent upon business need.
