📋 Description
•Director Development for Hyatt’s Luxury & Lifestyle Brands •Collaborate with Development team to drive growth •Analyze lead and market data for development focus •Attend owner meetings and market tours •Oversee feasibility and design materials for deals
🎯 Requirements
•5+ years in a hospitality, commercial real estate, brand, feasibility, and or advisory role required •2+ years Previous experience in development, hotel feasibility, hotel financial analysis, or other sales-related experience required •Established relationships with owners, operators, consultants, management companies, lenders, builders, etc. •Strong negotiation and influencing skills •Excellent communication and presentation skills •Excellent interpersonal skills and demeanor •Ability to multi-task and handle multiple relationships and deals at all times •Ability to travel approximately 25%-50% of the time required
