• Provide initial support and troubleshooting for common IT issues, focusing on user management, printer troubleshooting, and password resets. • Engage in significant phone interaction and manage helpdesk tickets. • Utilize and manage systems primarily via Active Directory and Office 365. • Troubleshoot issues within the Office Suite and ensure timely resolution of support requests.
