β’ Support Sales, Partnerships, and Operations with analytical insights and data reporting. β’ Build and maintain reports and dashboards for Sales and Operations performance. β’ Optimize efficiency through process improvement and stakeholder collaboration. β’ Develop recommendations for senior stakeholders. β’ Participate in transformational projects driving organizational change.
β’ 2-4 years of related professional experience, ideally in a sales/operations or analyst role. β’ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail. β’ Intermediate to advanced Excel and Salesforce reporting skills or beginner abilities with a strong desire to learn and demonstrated ability to quickly teach oneself. β’ Experience with other data visualization tools (Tableau, Quicksight, PowerBI, etc) a plus. β’ Experience identifying insights from complex data sets, proposing solutions based on findings, and implementing recommendations. β’ Resourceful - able to independently find answers and solutions. β’ Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks. β’ Ability to prioritize and operate with a sense of urgency. β’ Strong verbal and written communication skills. β’ Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task. β’ Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
