📋 Description

•iBusiness Funding is searching for an energetic, dynamic and experienced professional to become our LaaS Controller. •This is an extraordinary opportunity for a mature leader with seven years or more of accounting and finance experience, ideally beginning in public accounting and audit, followed by experience gathering, evaluating, presenting and reporting financial information. •The LaaS Controller will be responsible for shared oversight of all finance, accounting and reporting activities. •This role will include functional responsibility over accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, etc. specific to our LaaS business. •The LaaS Controller will ensure that the Company has the systems and procedures in place to support effective program implementation and conduct flawless audits.

🎯 Requirements

•Minimum of a BA and a CPA; MBA and CFA welcome •Have a positive attitude •Ability to work independently and within a team structure •Must possess exceptional skills in all forms of communication •Must be an expert in Microsoft Excel (Index, Match, Vlookups, Pivot Tables, Sumifs & other advanced formulas) •Must have a good understanding of cash controls in high volumes •Experience in a lending environment, ideally small business lending •Must be extremely detail oriented while being able to quickly process large amounts of data •Must have executive presence and the ability to take command and control of his or her immediate work environment •Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and unwavering commitment to our mission; a proactive, hands-on strategic thinker who will own the responsibility for accounting •Solid experience coordinating audit activities and managing reporting, budget development and analysis, accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, payroll, and accounting for investments •Technology savvy with experience in overseeing ERP implementations and advanced knowledge of accounting and reporting software; advanced knowledge of NetSuite preferred •Commitment to recruiting, mentoring, training, and retaining a diverse team with the foresight and ability to delegate accordingly •Keen analytic, organization and problem solving skills which allows for strategic data interpretation versus simple reporting
