Description

• Managing relationships with utility companies, Government staff, and other stakeholders in developing and managing EE Programs • Guiding and facilitating internal ICAST activities as necessary to meet assigned EE Program goals • Acting as the primary point of contact for energy data, incentives, and other stakeholder requests • Provide oversite for any changes to EE Programs • Presenting reports for program updates, annual strategic plans, Management updates, etc. • Making program changes to bring program back on track if its not meeting goal

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience managing Utility DSM or Government WAP Programs. • Proven Program Management abilities i.e., ability to get work done by team members who are not direct reports. • Deep understanding of utility rebate processes, especially custom rebate programs • Deep understanding of DOE’s Weatherization requirements and processes • Building Science Knowledge • Understanding of 3rd party M&V programs • Proficiency with MS Office Suite of Products (Excel, Word, etc.) • Innovative & Flexible • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team • Passionate about environmental, social, or non-profit work
