Description

• Manage day-to-day operations for a national project that provides federal grants financial management capacity building and training. • Support the Project Director in managing project operations and building relationships with federal clients. • Provide visionary, strategic, and practical leadership for delivery of results-driven TTA services. • Ensure project quality and supervise all team members. • Coordinate culturally competent and trauma-informed TTA needs assessments and create customized plans based upon those needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, victim services, criminal justice, or closely related field from an accredited institution. • Minimum of 6 years of professional work experience in financial management, business administration, victim advocacy, public policy, or administration. • US citizenship required by federal government contract. • This position requires a Public Trust security clearance. • Applicants will be subject to government security investigation to obtain clearance prior to the start date. • Experience working with diverse communities. • Knowledgeable of social science research, evidence-based programs and practices, and trends in the victim services field, including victim-centered, trauma-informed approaches. • Experience coordinating training or technical assistance on a national level. • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities, provide high attention to detail, and respond to challenges with a high degree of adaptability with comfort in establishing new directions and managing and adapting to change. • Advanced communication, writing, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work successfully in teams and with people of diverse cultural backgrounds. • Experience creating and delivering virtual and in-person, client-ready trainings (webinars, workshops) to justice-serving professionals. • Demonstrated ability to foster partnerships with multiple internal and external partners to help plan work, develop capacity, and ensure timely and effective project delivery.
