Description
• Manage functions of a Workers' Compensation underwriting branch • Drive sales and branch operational goals • Develop programs for new and existing products • Underwrite accounts and manage a profitable book of business • Supervise employees within the branch
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university required, or equivalent combination of education and work experience in similar positions • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in insurance underwriting • Minimum 1-2 years of business operations management experience in the property casualty insurance industry preferred
