Description

• responsible for developing and delivering enterprise directory solutions • core component of an overall identity management deployment • requirements definition, design, implementation, testing, go-live, and transition to support • architectural and technical role requiring business acumen and technical knowledge • exceptional personnel and time management skills • excellent verbal and written communications skills

Requirements

• strong understanding of identity and access management principles • strong understanding of LDAP directory servers • hands-on experience with Sun Directory Service, Oracle Directory Server, NetIQ eDirectory, ForgeRock DS and/or Microsoft Active Directory • data mapping ability including directory servers as source/target • experience in designing, supporting directory schemas, ACIs, privileges, indexes, and policies • ability to deploy multi-master replication clusters • experience migrating from one directory platform to another • experience in load generation tools • monitoring and tuning directory servers for performance • working with Linux based systems and scripting technologies • troubleshooting complex software, hardware, and systems issues • working within a distributed team across multiple time zones • desire to develop personal skill set • values teamwork • ability to maintain professionalism under pressure • judgment in absence of defined procedures • excellent analytical abilities for problem resolution • excellent verbal and written communication skills • sharing opinions constructively • sense of humor
