• High proficiency in EDI and/or API technologies (5+ years), specifically in insurance enrollment processes. • Knowledge about insurance industry standards and regulations concerning data connections (e.g., HIPAA, 834, LDEx). • Experience supporting customers, with a customer-centric approach to all your work. • A proactive, results-oriented mindset, capable of prioritizing and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts effectively and professionally. • Enjoy working with and delighting customers. • A desire to develop your technical skills with the latest technologies. • Analytical skills with keen attention to detail. • Familiarity with JIRA, Zendesk, Salesforce, or other CRM platforms.
