• To exceed annual sales plan within the transportation target market. • Grow territory by winning new customers and increasing market share with existing customers. • Support direct customers and distributor and/or reseller partners by building strong relationships. • Position Viking Pump to become the premier product offering in transportation pumping applications. • Own lead management process from discovery through closing phases.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering related to an applicable discipline • 5 years experience in industrial field sales or product management • Self-motivated, excellent organizational, planning, and presentation skills • Strong technical selling skills • Manage relationships, establish credibility and trust • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time • Proficient with Microsoft Office products including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, and Outlook • Computer skills including familiarity with CRM and other tools
