Description

• We are seeking a Partner Sales Manager with a focus on the Snowflake and Databricks ecosystems to join our dynamic team. • This role will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with Snowflake, Databricks, and their ecosystem of channel, SI, and consulting partners.

Requirements

• Experience working with Snowflake and/or Databricks and their ecosystems; • At least 5 years experience in Partner Sales in the software/high tech industry; Partnership experience in the data warehouse, BI, and analytics industry is preferred; • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business or similar field OR equivalent professional experience; MBA degree is ideal; • Proven track record of success in negotiating and closing strategic technology or channel partnerships; • Advanced computer and sales skills, including market requirements, customer support and advertising techniques; • Handle high-stress environments while still being able to drive sales teams towards goals; • Solid verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills; • Previous experience developing strategic business and sales plans; • Handle details accurately and in a timely matter; • Highly driven individual that is execution focused and a strong sense of urgency.
