Description

β€’ Assist with recruitment in the Information Technology Industry within government contracting. β€’ Establish positive working relationships with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies. β€’ Responsible for executing hiring plans and supporting the Talent Acquisition Manager. β€’ Create and manage talent pipelines specific to industry/agency/function. β€’ Understand and network with Salesforce Business and IT professionals. β€’ Schedule and coordinate interviews. β€’ Provide expertise on employment market and innovative recruiting techniques. β€’ Prepare status reports and attend staffing meetings as required. β€’ Update and maintain applicant tracking system.

Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of recruitment/staffing experience in IT industry including Salesforce professionals. β€’ Ability to adjust and respond to changing priorities. β€’ Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral) and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community. β€’ Ability to provide accurate and efficient service under the pressure of constant deadlines. β€’ Demonstrated ability to keep up with market data and trends that impact recruiting efforts. β€’ Skilled in organizing resources and establishing priorities. β€’ Ability to work with a high degree of self-direction and flexibility, especially with respect to taking initiative, prioritizing tasks, and resolving problems. β€’ Experience using an applicant tracking system
