• This role is responsible for the management and development of salesforce for our clientele, to ensure full utilization and tailoring of the platform to match and support business objectives, using agile techniques and strategies. • This role will review and analyze business processes, services and information needs with a view to implementing change management initiatives to improve the user experience and increase productivity. • This role will oversee the Salesforce Functional project team, will be adaptable and embrace change, as well as having a competent functional understanding so that you are able to support the team and platform. • Quote-to-Cash functional expert with Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud experience. • Lead Discovery and requirements refinement workshops and sessions to uncover customers’ business, functional, and technological requirements. • Synthesize requirements to create clear and comprehensive user stories and solution design documentation. • Perform fit-gap analysis between Salesforce functionality and client requirements. • Produce functional and system design documentation. • Create test scenarios for applications and enhancements, ensuring functional requirements are met. • Facilitate testing of new Salesforce functionality rollouts. • Develop complex reports and dashboards to support the delivery of business key metrics. • Identify and develop super user knowledge and capabilities across the business. • Extensive experience in process mapping and specification documentation. • Experience facilitating workshops and discussion sessions. • Experience in developing, implementing and maintaining system processes and procedures. • Experience in creating business cases for technology-related solutions. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • High level problem solving and analytical skills. • Active listener with the ability to think strategically, solve problems and negotiate. • Strong ability to engage and influence stakeholders, at all levels across the business. • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders. • Superior organization skills including outstanding accuracy and attention to detail. • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks, use initiative and be self-directed to meet deadlines.

Requirements

• Minimum of one Salesforce certification. Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM201) preferred. • 5+ years of experience with Salesforce setup and configuration. • 5+ years business analyst or equivalent experience. • 5+ years of experience working for a Salesforce Partner or equivalent. • Experience with a minimum of 5 end-to-end implementations (from driving requirement workshops, handholding development teams, supporting testing and cutover to production). Preferred knowledge of the full SDLC. • Proficient MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio user. • Experience in working with CPQ, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud preferred.
