Description

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders within client organisations. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any issues and providing solutions in a timely manner. • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services. • Provide training and support to clients, helping them maximize the value of our products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or a similar role within the fintech or financial services industry. • Deep understanding of the private markets sector, including private equity, fund administration, and asset management. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Willingness to travel across Europe as needed.
