Description

• Lead and manage recruitment teams (up to 40 people) • Oversee the implementation of recruitment plans • Ensure quality control across all stages of the recruitment process • Conduct hiring process audits, assess compliance with standards • Evaluate candidate quality through CV checks, interviews, and test task analysis • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics • Oversee onboarding and training of new team members

Requirements

• Proficient level of English (both written and verbal) • Ua/Ru - native/fluent level • 2+ years as a Head of Recruitment (or 3+ years as a Team Lead in Recruitment) within an IT/iGaming/gambling company • Proficient in modern recruitment methods and tools • Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct audits and analyze data • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Highly responsible with a strong focus on results • Skilled in providing feedback and training team members • Adaptable and effective in a fast-paced environment
