• Mindful Health Solutions is an interventional psychiatric private group practice. • The Director of Clinician Recruitment develops sourcing and talent strategies. • Seeking a leader with experience in delivering results independently and through teams. • Create a multi-channel sourcing approach for clinical positions. • Establish a pipeline of talented clinicians for current and future hiring needs. • Manage relationships with Clinical Hiring leaders and external partners. • Develop a scalable system for candidate management through various platforms. • Keep current on clinical hiring trends and industry changes.

Requirements

• Deep physician and broader provider recruitment experience required with strong closing track record. • Experience recruiting Psychiatrists or PMHNPs is a strong plus. • Passionate about hunting for premier passive candidates through extensive research and cold calling. • Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to interact at all levels. • Self-motivated, organized with strong attention to detail. • Process and systems savvy with experience maintaining CRM and ATS functionality. • Strong data orientation; able to leverage reporting metrics to identify search barriers. • Proven experience negotiating and closing provider contracts. • Growth mindset and proven ability to thrive in a rapidly growing business. • Proficiency in MS Office, ATS/CRM, Salesforce, project management, media and Boolean Search strategies. • Prior experience in developing and managing sourcing campaigns. • Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills. • Professional, engaging demeanor that relates well with Clinicians. • Proven team leadership experience.
