• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • 7+ years of experience in recruitment, with 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role. • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and compliance. • Proven track record of implementing successful recruitment strategies and achieving hiring goals. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. • Proficiency in using recruitment software (Paylocity preferred) and applicant tracking systems.
