Description

• Overseeing our benefits, payroll and compensation operations • Leading the Talent Operations function • Serving as the primary partner to the Head of HR on all aspects of Total Rewards • Actively managing and developing the Talent Operations team • Managing relevant budget items and vendor relationships • Supporting Head of HR on Compensation and Investment Committee work product • Owning Total Rewards strategy and tactics • Providing tax and audit support in partnership with Finance • Developing training and/or best practices for accurate time and attendance submission • Building Reporting/Analytics to provide data and insights

Requirements

• Experience in HR with a focus on Total Rewards, Talent Operations, Compensation & Benefits • Strong leadership and team management skills • Specialized knowledge of compensation and benefits practices • Relevant certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR a plus • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Commitment to inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility (IDEA) principles • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information • Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations. • Thorough knowledge of Workday HR modules • Proficient in reporting tools and practices (excel, pivot tables, etc.)
