Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including MSAs, SLAs, insertion orders, marketing and sponsorship agreements, NDAs, and contracts related to marketing activities. • Provide legal and compliance guidance to various departments, focusing on marketing operations and addressing matters related to corporate, contractual, compliance, and intellectual property. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with regulatory frameworks and internal compliance requirements. • Develop, update, and refine internal policies, guidelines, and procedures to maintain regulatory compliance. • Manage and coordinate external legal counsel in multiple jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to both local and international laws.

Requirements

• Law degree with minimum of 2 years of experience advising on contractual, compliance, and regulatory matters within high-risk (preferably iGaming/ gambling) setting. • Strong knowledge of international commercial and compliance law. • Expertise in intellectual property is a significant advantage. • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in Legal English. • Experience with affiliate marketing is highly desirable.
