Description

• Responsible for driving IGEL’s sales strategy and growth of OT and IoT solutions, • Develop and implement OT/IoT sales strategy, • Drive revenue growth and identify new business opportunities, • Establish sales targets and key performance metrics, • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, • Engage with C-level executives and ensure customer satisfaction, • Identify and prioritize new market opportunities for IoT products, • Collaborate with marketing, product management, and engineering teams, • Own the OT/IoT sales P&L and develop pricing models.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, • 10+ years of sales leadership experience, • Proven experience managing sales teams, • Deep understanding of IoT ecosystems, • Strong knowledge of the sales landscape across multiple regions, • Demonstrated ability to close multi-million-dollar deals, • Strong negotiation and influencing skills at the executive level, • Excellent leadership and team-building capabilities, • Ability to manage and forecast large sales pipelines, • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, • Willingness to travel extensively (up to 50%).
