Description

• Responsible for planning and coordinating accounting operational functions • Prepare monthly management reports, financial statements, and financial guidance • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulations • Oversee General Accounting, SOX Compliance, and financial reporting functions • Manage international accounting and finance personnel • Oversee month-end close process and assist with external audit requirements • Produce critical financial reports and manage internal controls • Conduct technical accounting research and assess current accounting operations • Participate in special projects and provide financial analyses

Requirements

• 10 years relevant accounting and finance experience • 5 years in management • Strong FASB and GAAP knowledge • Documentation and test work for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance • Currently working for a public company in a similar role
