Description

• Play a critical role in managing and nurturing our community of players. • Onboard and manage player engagement and growth as the Guild Manager at Illuvium! • Proactively reach out to potential new guilds to introduce them to Illuvium and onboard them into our gaming ecosystem. • Create compelling campaigns and materials to attract new guilds. • Develop and grow the Illuvium guild community by ensuring a positive and inclusive environment. • Engage with guild members regularly to maintain a strong sense of community and belonging. • Develop and implement strategies for in-game activities, events, and competitions to keep the guilds competitive and engaged. • Generate reports and insights to identify areas for improvement and highlight successes. • Collect feedback from guild members regarding their gaming experience. • Establish and maintain partnerships with other guilds, influencers, and stakeholders within the Web3 gaming community.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with guild members and stakeholders. • Proven experience in leading and managing teams or communities, preferably in the gaming industry. • Understanding of blockchain technology, NFTs, and the play-to-earn model in gaming. • Passion for gaming with extensive experience in playing and understanding online multiplayer games. • Ability to analyze data, track performance, and make informed decisions based on insights.
