Requirements

β€’ Experience developing and overseeing organizational development and change management plans, processes, and products strongly preferred. β€’ Experience assessing organizational dynamics, structure, health, culture, systems, values, climate, etc. β€’ Ability to cultivate buy-in and influence leaders to guide new directions. β€’ Demonstrated experience supporting/coaching leaders effectively. β€’ Strong strategic thinking skills desired, balanced by ability to execute end-to-end initiatives. β€’ Ability to think creatively and analytically about organizational transformation. β€’ Understanding of best practices in organizational development and change management.
