• Position Summary: Responsible for business consulting, implementation, and support of Microsoft ERP solutions. • Address business problems by gathering information and architecting integrated technology solutions. • Train and support users using Microsoft ERP Solutions and related tools. • Build and maintain strong, loyal client relationships, managing implementations and guiding consultants. • Develop knowledge and skills to identify client needs and related opportunities. • Create and maintain vendor/industry specific certifications, staying current on new products.
