Description

• Consult and close deals that fit the client needs. • Build and maintain relationships with clients beyond transactions. • Participate in daily and weekly team calls and quarterly in-person meetings and training sessions. • Engage in ongoing education to achieve Certified Aviation Advisor status. • Foster client loyalty and cultivate new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Excellent written, verbal, and active listening skills. • Ability to empathize and solve problems during negotiations. • Proficient in research and presenting results in a useful manner. • Previous consulting and/or instructional experience. • Toastmasters or equivalent public speaking experience. • High levels of applied emotional intelligence. • Persistent, resilient, and positive attitude. • Adaptability to standard and innovative systems. • Three written professional references available for telephone interviews.
