Description

• PCG Consulting Group is a leading healthcare technology solutions provider dedicated to improving patient care and outcomes. • Obtain and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Cerner's Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) software. • Acquire Cerner RCM certification and stay up to date with software changes. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful integration of Cerner RCM solutions. • Provide support and training to end-users on Cerner RCM tools. • Assist in developing and updating training materials and manuals. • Conduct regular audits of system configuration and workflows. • Serve as the primary point of contact for Cerner RCM-related issues. • Participate in revenue cycle optimization projects, driving continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Finance, or related field. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in revenue cycle management, with a focus on Cerner RCM solutions. • Cerner RCM certification or ability to obtain certification within 3 months of employment. • Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle processes, including insurance verification, medical coding, billing, and collections. • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify areas for improvement. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams and effectively train and support end-users. • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
