Requirements

• Held a leadership position and has experience consulting c-suite executives • Understands the complexities of running an organization and knows how to help a CEO/organizational leaders navigate change successfully • Can quickly grasp a wide variety of industries • Knows how to gain prospect trust quickly and close deals • Can handle tough conversations (holding clients accountable, underperformers, change management) and negotiations • Can confidently coach businesses on digital marketing best practices and help them make strategic organizational recommendations • Has a passion for learning, and is constantly reading, listening, or watching to level up their skills or provide value to clients • Knows how to balance times of coaching and times of consulting with clients
