• 3+ years of experience in IT support, particularly with Microsoft’s core business applications. • Proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory, Office 365, and Azure Active Directory. • Experience supporting MacOS and Mac applications. • Solid understanding of device provisioning and user account management. • Familiarity with ticketing systems and maintaining support documentation. • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and vulnerability management techniques. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. • Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and effective time management. • Positive, easy-going, and collaborative personality that fosters a healthy work culture. • Proven experience (2-5 years) as a Jira Administrator or in a similar role. • In-depth knowledge of Jira configuration and other related Atlassian products. • Familiarity with project management methodologies, particularly agile, and Jira automation. • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or Jira Administration Certification are desirable.
