Description

• Build, monitor and analyze the health of Included Health’s businesses overall through dashboards, ad-hoc analyses, and ongoing ‘run the business’ forums to track performance against business plans • Drive ongoing operational reviews for Included Health’s key performance indicators, including Revenue, Bookings, Pipeline, and Profitability; partner with cross functional stakeholders to develop plans to address areas of opportunity, as needed • Partner with product and operations to solve key business problems and drive change • Partner with finance and go-to-market teams to develop business and growth plans • Own strategic projects to improve performance against key business indicators, including performance guarantees, engagement, savings generation and ROI demonstration. This includes defining the problem, developing a strategy, reporting to bring the org along on deeper understanding of the problem space, and driving cross-functional alignment • Collaborate on business planning processes and quarterly Board planning

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience • Passion for raising the standard of healthcare • 7+ years of relevant professional experience with at least 5 of your 7+ years of experience were in management consulting, high growth startups, investment banking, private equity or venture capital • Outstanding analytical abilities and instincts • Natural ability to create effective relationships, influence, and collaborate • Operate comfortably and effectively in ambiguity • Excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving and business judgment skills • Proficient in spreadsheet analysis (Excel, Google Sheets), data visualization (Looker, Tableau) and reporting
