Description

• Responsible for credit risk strategy development supporting profitable growth of the SME loan. • Lead development, optimization, implementation, and monitoring of credit strategy. • Develop credit risk strategy, including risk rating, loan amount and loan term restriction. • Execute all key steps of strategy development and impact analysis. • Work closely with stakeholders for strategy development and implementation. • Conduct comprehensive analysis to identify emerging performance trends and recommendations. • Explore new data sources to assess creditworthiness of SME applications. • Develop macroeconomic stress scenarios for stress-testing the proposed credit strategy. • Communicate strategic insights and recommendations.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ credit risk experience in unsecured lending industry • Hands-on experience in credit risk analysis, risk modelling, or loss forecasting • Master, or PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or other analytical fields • Proficient in Python, R, SQL • Working experience and proficiency in Tableau or other BI Tools, and Excel (Advanced) • Excellent communication skills to explain complex problems/ideas to wider audiences
