📋 Description
• Lead and work with a distributed team • Participate in Executive level communication • Forge strong partnerships across the board • Maintenance of technical project plans • Dive into technical details • Ramp up productivity of off-shore teams
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams • Experience in partnering with product and program management teams • 3+ years of people management experience, managing engineers • Experience with full lifecycle delivery of projects • Experience owning program strategy and end to end delivery • Deep understanding of SDLC, agile software development methodologies • Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation • Experience with Java Enterprise, Java application servers, and relational databases • Proficiency in RESTful API development and integration • Experience in delivering Single Page Applications using React JS, Material UI, and TypeScript
