📋 Description

• Provide commercial & operational direction for chemical customer contracts. • Direct, manage & coordinate all contract activities within customer contracts. • Responsible for financial growth and maximizing opportunities to grow relationships. • Manage a contract team for day-to-day operational functions and customer service. • Lead contract management with growth strategies, P&L, customer service levels, and revenue growth plans. • Identify and implement process improvements to existing and new contracts. • Support the environment for growth and progression for the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 2-5 years related experience and training or equivalent combinations of education and experience. • Significant experience of customer relationship management. • Financially proficient to a good level. • High level of business acumen. • Excellent communication and influence skills at all levels. • Some people management and leadership experience. • Previous experience working within a contract management/sales environment preferred. • Change management experience preferable. • Must have and maintain own/reliable transportation and company-approved driving record.
