• Minimum 2 years experience in variable compensation plans. • Comfortable working with complex variable compensation plans. • A process-oriented individual with excellent problem-solving and project management skills who has the flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic organization. • Must be able to meet tight deadlines and willing to schedule time off around our monthly close schedules and fiscal year commission plan rollouts. • Experience with Salesforce.com, NetSuite, and data visualization tools is a strong plus. • Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets, especially advanced formulas and functions to work independently yet know when to ask for help.
