• Regional Director, Health Systems ensures regional strategic account success • Develops relationships with top Regional Accounts and ensures alignment with Field Sales Leadership • Leads a team of Health Systems Access Directors • Provides strategic coaching and guidance while pressure testing strategy • Collaborates with internal partners to achieve targets
Requirements
• Strong competitive spirit, results orientation, and relentless customer focus • Excellent strategic thinking: able to help customers articulate their strategies, create value and profitable solutions • Outstanding interpersonal skills and executive presence • Ability to build strong relationships and establish significant credibility • Healthcare Business Acumen with strong negotiation and commercial skills • Ability to influence strongly at customer sites • Strong quantitative and analytical skills • Experience understanding and working with IDN, key accounts, ACO • Knowledge of healthcare system processes including reimbursement, specialty pharmaceutical channels • Established relationships with key IDN/GPO/physician group customers in the Region • Minimum 10 years of demonstrated experience in biotech/pharmaceutical industry and Market Access account management
