• Sales Development Representative (Microsoft) – Remote with unlimited paid holiday + Comms! • Infinity Group are a innovative Microsoft Cloud Solution Partner based in the UK. We excel in providing award-winning IT Support, Digital Transformation, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultancy services. • With a robust team of over 170 professionals, we operate from offices in Tunbridge Wells and London Paddington. This role will work closely with both marketing and sales teams, with focus on both inbound and outbound demand generation.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Proficiency in outbound prospecting techniques and sales processes. • Ability to manage, nurture, and qualify inbound leads. • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with sales, marketing, and external partners. • Ability to analyse lead activity, trends, and conversion rates. • Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot and Dynamics 365. • Strong organisational skills to manage pipelines and multitask effectively. • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs. • Ability to support marketing and sales events. • Proficiency in providing monthly reports on lead activity and conversion rates.
