β€’ Seeking a dynamic and results-driven VP of Learning Solutions Sales. β€’ Drive business growth by generating new business opportunities. β€’ Conduct high-level conversations with decision-makers to address workforce performance challenges. β€’ Drive revenue growth within a defined region or list of named accounts. β€’ Partner with solution architects to design impactful strategies. β€’ Maintain a high level of care within existing accounts while identifying new contacts. β€’ Work cross-functionally with various teams to ensure customer feedback drives improvement. β€’ Lead negotiations that create win-win scenarios for customers.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Extensive experience in sales-focused roles, including driving business growth from existing accounts, identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities, and expanding regional or territory sales. β€’ A strong background in managing large-scale deals would be a significant advantage. β€’ Proven experience selling learning, training, and workforce performance solutions is REQUIRED. β€’ Solid understanding of consultative selling in L&D with the ability to articulate ROI and deliver value-driven solutions. β€’ Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets, building lasting client relationships, and growing revenue. β€’ A client-centric approach with a passion for exceeding customer expectations and solving complex problems. β€’ Exceptional analytical thinking, active listening, and communication skills, including the ability to deliver compelling presentations. β€’ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment. β€’ Superior business acumen and a polished professional presence. β€’ Willingness to travel (20-50%) for customer meetings and events.
